You can cancel at any time free of charge, however your billing period is for 3 months upfront and therefore your subscription will only end at the end of your three month subscription. Your subscription will renew every 3 months on the same date you originally subscribed on. Any cancellations must be made with 24 hours notice of your next billing period.

We can tailor boxes to suit most dietary requirements for human products. Please email us for dietary requirements for your dog and also if you have any other requirements not listed and we will look into each case individually.

Always – Each of your boxes will contain a small bottle of alcohol

Sometimes – You will receive alcohol on average every other box. We will sometimes substitute it for luxury soft drinks, coffees, teas, hot chocolates etc.

Never – We will always provide you with a luxury soft drink, coffees, teas, hot chocolates or similar.
