These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.
As a registered user of Hounds & Hers, you agree to receive emails promoting any special offer (s), including third party offers. We may from time to time send you our monthly newsletter. You may opt-out from receiving special promotions or our newsletter by emailing or selecting to unsubscribe as may be provided in the applicable e-mail correspondence.
ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
To place an order with us, you must create an account by registering on our website. To register, you must provide your full name, a current and valid email address, a delivery address, and your payment details.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must be 18 or over to purchase any box containing alcohol, however these are not available at this time. We hope this section will be back up and running soon but there is an alternative non-alcoholic option for anybody under the age of 18 and simply for those who do not want alcohol. By selecting you are 18 or over you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. It is an offence to purchase or attempt to purchase alcohol if you are under the age of 18 (Section 149, Licensing Act 2003). Please drink responsibly!
BILLING AND PAYMENTS
The price of the services and or goods is payable in full before delivery. Payment for subscriptions are taken on the date your originally subscribed on each month. For example If you originally subscribed on the 3rd, your subscription will always renew on the 3rd unless you have made alternative arrangements with us.
For your convenience and continuous subscription benefits as a member, if your payment method reaches its expiration date, you do not edit your credit card information and you have an ongoing subscription, you authorise us to continue billing that credit card on file including extending the expiration date until we are notified by you or the credit card company that the account is no longer valid. We encourage you to constantly update your payment method information or cancel your membership should you wish to discontinue your monthly purchase of Products. If your order fails multiple times we have the right to cancel your subscription.
If you pay with PayPal we are unable to make any amendments to your order such as billing/shipping address or upgrades and downgrades. We would highly recommend to NOT sign up with PayPal and to pay using your card instead as we are able to amend your order simply and easily as we are not in control of your PayPal subscription and are unable to made adjustments.
All boxes are shipped in the first week of every month. Shipping is £3.00 for subscriptions and the standard shipping rate for gifts is £3.00. Please allow between 3- 5 days for standard delivery in the UK (The delivery times may be longer than the standard 3-5 days at the moment due to COVID-19 delays). International shipping is charged at standard Royal Mail price and differs for each region. Shipping usually takes 7 – 14 working days. Please be aware due to laws we cannot ship alcohol international and you will therefore receive a non-alcohol substitute. For one off gift orders, payment for shipping is charged at the standard rate and any order placed before 12 noon we aim to dispatch on the same day up to one working day.
We use Royal Mail to ship our parcels, International orders are then passed over to the assigned courier for your country. For any ‘build your own box’ orders that have a weight over the Royal mail 2kg limit will be shipped with a different courier.
Hounds & Hers are not held responsible for any Import/Export or customs fees in your country, these are your responsibility. If you have any issues please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help.
We are not held responsible for any allergic reactions to any products within our boxes. All products contain a full ingredients list and it is your responsibility to check this through before use, if you have any queries with the ingredients of any products please contact the manufacturer or brand.
Hounds & Hers is only able to issue a refund when a box is faulty, damaged or missing. We are not able to refund boxes that are not to individual preferences. If you wish to raise a refund request, please notify us in writing at [email protected]. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your box in order to be eligible for a refund.
Photographs of the box may be requested. We review each request on an individual basis and may ask you to return the box to us after photos have been received. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returning the box to us as we are unable to issue refunds if we do not receive the goods.
PARCELS RETURNED TO SENDER
If you do not collect your order from the Royal Mail depot in the time period or it cannot be delivered due to address issues or any other reasons that mean Royal Mail cannot deliver your mail they may be returned to us. When this happens we are not responsible for re shipping this out or reaching out to you regarding this. It is your responsibility to contact us if you think your parcel may have been returned to sender. All returned parcels are kept safely and will be re sent out once contacted by yourselves, depending on the Royal Mail reason for the return you may also be responsible for the return postage costs which are standard at £3.00 to UK addresses.
Members can cancel their monthly Hounds & Hers subscription at any time. This can be done by either via account settings, or via an email to [email protected], which will be effective from when we receive and read the email. Sufficient details must also be supplied to identify your account.
You must give us a cancellation notice of at least 1 day prior to your scheduled billing date. If we receive the cancellation notice after or within 24 hours prior to your scheduled billing date & time, the cancellation of your order will come into action the following month. There are no cancellation fees.
If for any reason you need to cancel your 3 month subscriptions in the middle, before the 3 month contract is up, you must write to us with a minimum of 24 hours notice before your renewal date. This will incur a cancellation fee of £4.00 per box you would miss. You can of cause cancel your 3 month subscription free of charge which will occur after you have received all 3 boxes within your contract.
If you have signed up with PayPal you MUST also cancel your order on their too. We are unable to ensure your subscription has been cancelled over on PayPal and if this is not also cancelled your card will still be charged which we have no control over. If you do not cancel your PayPal order as well as the order on Hounds & Hers you may still be charged and may still receive your boxes.

As a small team we are very busy packing up your orders and working on our upcoming subscription boxes therefore during busy periods we will reply to your emails within 2 working days.
